(the 'Company') is considering to issue senior, secured convertible bonds with a total placement volume of EUR 100 million. The Company will determine the launch of a potential convertible bond transaction at a later time by resolution of its board of directors. The net proceeds of a potential convertible bond transaction would be used to further fund the Company's acquisitions pipeline.
