- Gas heaters are efficient and reliable, burn low emissions and have low CO2 emissions.
- The small wall mounted units are just taking up little space, the tenants thus remains more living space.
Heating is an important factor for the comfort of living, therefore, the old systems were exchanged consistently.

Spiel und Spaß in bunten Farben auf dem Straßenfest in Marl-Drewer: Die GCP Foundation beteiligte sich finanziell am Programm für das Straßenfest, das der Marler Paul-Schneider-Kindergarten gemeinsam mit dem Stadtteilbüro, den Schulen und Kitas vor Ort veranstaltete. So konnte eine lokale Künstlerin für die Unterhaltung der Kinder im Stadtteil engagiert werden.
