At the EPRA Conference in September 2025, Grand City Properties was rewarded with two Gold awards for the 9th consecutive year, the Best Practices Recommendations - BPR Gold Award as well as the Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations - sBPR Gold Award for its 2024 consolidated annual report.
GCP’s ongoing commitment to sustainability measures were recognized in February2024 by Sustainalytics, a Morningstar company and leading sustainability rating agency, placing GCP in the top 8th percentile of the global universe of companies.

AT was also included in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026, which includes 848 Companies out of over 9,200 companies across 59 industries covered by S&P CSA and setting the Company apart from its industry peers, reflecting the Company’s commitment to sustainability, and the transparent communication.
